Return or exchange of physical products is possible within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product and receive a different product or you can receive a refund to the original payment method.<\/p>

    To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@mmmysterygames.com.<\/p>

    1. Damages and Other Issues<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

      Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at info@mmmysterygames.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you are missing parts of the product, we will send you up to three missing parts (evidence or other materials).<\/p>

      1. Non-returnable Items<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

        Items sold at a discount price are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Similarly, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. All returned items must have tags still on and be in original product packaging, with no visible signs of wear or use.<\/p>

          Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.<\/p>

            When you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 working days.<\/p>

              Under EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days without giving any reason. This withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods.               Upon the effective exercise of your right of withdrawal, you are obliged to return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 30 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 30-day period has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
